CMS has been in business since 1998 and is an affiliate of Whitaker Laboratory, Inc. in Savannah, Georgia.  Whitaker Laboratory, Inc. has served southeast Georgia since 1970, providing Geotechnical Engineering and testing, routine construction inspection and testing, as well as Environmental assessments and testing.
